Thank you for responding to my post. I did re-install from the Cite tab. It said installation was successful. I still do not see the Zotero tab in Word Thoughts?

Yes it is in the startup folder I did not receive an error message when I re-installed it. MS Word does not have a Zotero tab

Thanks so much for your help MS Word 2016 MSO 16.0.8431.2046 32 Bit I did reinstall the plug-in - it messaged me - Successful. Maybe I just don't know where to look in Word to find the Zotero button
