• I am able to get steps 1-3 but then I can't go any further. Maybe I am not understanding what it means bu a "new developer tab." If I am doing it right the "Word Add Ins" is not clickable

• I have tried reinstalling zotero, customizing the ribbon through word (options>customize ribbon>Developer>Add ins). I have also tried disabling and enabling extensions through zotero. I have microsoft office 365
