Hi - Just wondering if there's any more advice on this matter. The modified version works on the Mac but still doesn't work on the PC. I would really appreciate some help on this, if possible. Thanks!

Yes - just did. No change. Still does not put space between the entries.

I have just upgraded to Zotero 3.0 and Firefox 10.0. I am using Word Professional Plus 2010 on a PC. I had been using my modified Chicago Style (see above) before I upgraded to 3.0 and it worked just fine. Now I find it won't update the bibliography…

Thanks - it worked for me, too!

Worked perfectly. Thanks very much. It might be helpful to others to know that you have to import the new style into each computer you use.

I also need a blank line between each item in the bibliography. Can you please tell me how to get to the place where I can delete the line above ()? Thank you very much.

Thank you, Simon. I feel pretty stupid. I appreciate your help!

Thanks, Simon. Sending the doc by email. I went a bit further on the troubleshooting page and under 'Word' found the suggestion to reinstall Word 2010. It wasn't under 'debugging broken docs', as you point out. Sorry about the confusion.

Simon, Please note that this problem started on the mac. If I upgrade from Word 2004 on the mac, will that solve the problem? My husband is looking into the upgrade... Sarah

Hello Simon, Thanks for that. I just saw your reply today when I got back to work today, where I'm using a PC and Word 2010. Now I get the error message "Zotero experienced an error updating your document" when I try to update the bibliography on …

No, I don't have it enabled.

Thank you, Simon!

I haven't heard back yet. As I said, new documents don't produce the error. It's just the one I'd been working on for a few weeks (during which we upgraded to Zotero 1.2.15 and 1.2.16, I think). Is it the same for you?

Hi Simon, I tried inserting citations and biblio into a new document and that worked this error message did not appear. So it's only the document that I've been working on for a while (before and after upgrading to the new Zotero 2.1.5, I assum…

Wow! It works now! Thank you very, very much.

Hi Simon - This happens whether it's a new document or a document in which I already have extensive Zotero citations and bibliography. The same thing happens whether Firefox is running or not.

Hi Gitty, I'm having the same problem (and the same solution works). However, I'm using Mac OS.X 10.5.8, Zotero 2.0.3, Word 2004, Mozilla Firefox 3.6.3, Zotero MacWord Integration 3.0b2. If anyone has suggestions for us, we would appreciate it! Ot…

No - it was the button I was referring to. Thanks for your suggestion. That is the information I need. Sarah
