I might be in business! On the copy I changed the referencing style, that let me put back the bibliography, then I changed it back to the one I wanted and so far it is still there!! I don't feel overly confident as the thing is so fragile. If…

1326525568 is the new error report number from trying to add the bib to the copied file.

And I started removing sections of the text to see if I could find the dodgy citation, wound up removing the lot from the page, tried to make a new citation and it closes the page. So the problem is not fixed by getting rid of all the text, just by…

I wonder if it's because I altered some citations? Harvard referencing means that if you mention the quoter's name in the sentence then you just put the year, or the year and the page at the end. So I clicked on the citation (Hurwitz 2014) and remo…

THank you for contacting me. Track changes was off. I don't understand check for citations in image captions. It does work in a fresh document. It just closes the page when I try it with a copy and paste of the open document, or …

Update. Adding a citation started working again after I added a new reference to the Zotero library. I still can't readd the bibliography but I get a message now: Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Document modified durin…

And if only I were savvy enough to tell you. I just searched in Finder and they came up. I don't know where they actually are. I know that makes me hard to help. In a folder marked ZoteroMacWordIntegration@zotero.org there is a subfolder cal…

Hi Dan, Thank you. I followed this and have found some Zotero things in folders - sqlite etc, but I don't know why they aren't still connected to the Zotero application. Now I have found something are you able to help me connect it back?
-
I haven't entered anything myself. I just click on the little symbol on the page and Zotero saves it.

Thank you, I will check out those other options. Regards, Kristin

With the citation, it wants to add commas and too much information. Harvard referencing style is (Maslow 1934). With the bibliography, I go to that page and if I have allowed the system to do its full citation (more information than I am allowed …

HI Adam, Yes. I have realised that there won't be an icon like I saw on many tutorials, rather a drop down menu. However now that I have add citation, add bibliography, it is not working well. If I add a citation, despite choosing Harvard f…
