• I had FF 2.0 and had to upgrade. No other add-ons installed.

• Nothing here worked. I deleted the Real Player because that might have been blocking it. I also deleted the corrupted files and restarted FF. Everytime I did that, I had to reinstall Zotero and follow the same pattern all over again.
