as I'm not running any programs, I think this is most likely something with buggy Nvidia drivers. I use the Zotero 8 beta for now an will report back. Is a crashdump helpful for you, if it happens again?

Running in Troubleshooting Mode did help, it didn't crash once but the program felt slow and unresponsive. Funny enough i have it also running on my laptop (Framework 12 with the same operating system config) and it didn't crash to this point.

I did download the official tarball and also updated my system to Fedora 43 Workstation. Still no luck so far. The crashes keep happening. Although they seem to have something to do with my behaviour, cause i wasn't using zotero for 20min and still …
