• Yes, but then you lose the date accessed (problem with updating existing downloads). I have also created new item and then saved the pdf as a sub-file, but it is time consuming and a bit irritating, so was looking for an easy way round the problem…

• I think I found it by accident now, having looked for it for ages: Hoghlight the pdf file in question, right click on the title bar (in the middle panel) and click on 'Retrieve Metadata' - voila! All the best Lotte
