• Thanks everybody, I did a clean installation from @qqbb reference, because I finally went frustrated. My local database was fully restored in the new installation and the plugins are working again. Thanks you all for take a time to answer!

• I used this repo `ppa:smathot/cogscinl` to install zotero-standalone by using apt. Yes, my user have permissions to Zotero profile folder.
