ya detecté el error: al reinstalar el sistema operativo, dejé sin nombre el disco duro. solo le puse nombre y ya funcionó.

no, no resulta. me funcionaba perfecto, hasta que reinstalé el sistema operativo de mac y office 2011, y entonces aparece ese mensaje en word y zotero no funcionó más.
