• Thanks Dan. Re-booting fixed the problem. I hadn't done it before for a variety of reasons. I do have the data folder in a network drive, which gives me all sorts of headaches, but it also has some advantages for me. Thanks!

• I have just started having similar problems. With auto-sync enabled the spinning symbol never stops, or stops for max half a minute, then starts again. While it's spinning I cannot do much with Zotero. Regularly it will show an empty progress bar…
