  • I created an empty Firefox profile, installed Zotero there and synced successfully. It seems that some Zotero options in the 'old' profile are causing the error. So, is there any way to clear ALL Zotero-related settings from the profile?

  • Thank you. Is there a way to do a clean 'reinstall' of Zotero? I think it will fix the issue, as the DB is see from Zotero on Win7 box is still empty. I will now provide the data you requested.

  • This is by my work computer, I suppose, IP address starting by 193. It is working fine, as I have mentioned earlier. I am controlling it now via Remote Desktop. The Win7 PC still cannot sync.
