• Wonderful! Just changing the Firefox theme brought the appearance of Zotero back to normal. I had no idea that the Firefox theme could have an impact on Zotero. Thanks a lot noksagt and adamsmith for your help!

• Through the debugging steps I succeeded to isolate the problematic citation and simply deleted it from my document. Now everything seems back to normal. Thanks for your help!
