The error occurs in both modes, using firefox plugin or in my windows desktop icon. When this situation happens firefox is running. To access again to zotero in any of the manners i need to restart firefox. The debugging button say disable.

Hi Simon Is not possible to do what you ask, because when i try to open zotero and the error occurs i turn off firefox, then open Zotero and when i try to see debugging logs, the debugging system is off and there are no logs.
