• Thanks for the comment. You could be right. I just tried deleting some more pdfs and now I'm down 70% full. Must have just been coincidence that the files I deleted were approximately the same size as what I was syncing.

• Upgrading to 1.0.1 also fixed it for me. Thanks! I have to agree with magsmanston, that even on paper Zotero blows the socks off my current combination of Endnote with Connotea. Which is why I was frustrated that I could not get it to work. …
