That record imports fine for me. Have you validated your unAPI server?

Now I see problems in converting my data base.Have you used the refer-en.cf export from citavi? If so, please expand as to what problems you are having.BTW, could I use Zotero offline or must it always have internet connection? You may use it with n…

ZIP/PROP files are normal & should be in all-caps: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/6381/what-are-prop-or-zip-files-in-webdav/ The 'zotero' directory name and the '.zip' extension should be lowercase on filesystems/operating systems that are…

Rather than copy/paste, what happens when you write + cite something from scratch? Also: does word display the same language for paragraphs with citations in them as it does for paragraphs with no citations?
-
There are not many Citation users, so not very many people have to put up with their bad export filters. There is no easy solution for better export; you'd have to modify the custom formats in Citation.
-
whenever I try to insert a citation it word tell me that the plugin (1.0b3) is not compatible with zotero (2.0b5) but isn't that the experimental plugin for word 2004?No. Per the documentation, that is for Zotero 1.0. The Zotero 2.0 alpha plugin f…

Someone else did have this issue: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/5425/report-id-2140286409/

Try the 'refer-en.cf' format.
-
However, their refer export seems decent. In Citation, choose Generate->Bibiliography. Select 'custom' & navigate to refer-en.cf. Import this into Zotero.

That is a known incompatibility: http://www.zotero.org/support/known_issues#incompatible_extensions_and_applications

Citation has (apparently) shipped with bad export filters for RIS: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/3645 http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/1194 You may have to make a custom export filter for that program that fixes those flaw or use a differe…

The LeechBlock extension is pretty good at preventing access to some sites.

TinyMCE is already part of Zotero 2.0. It is not easy for average end users to add TinyMCE plugins to Zotero. However, there has been a past discussion on using a newer version of TinyMCE that would cleanup content that had been copied from MS Wor…

A work-around is to add non-list content (a paragraph) above or below the note.

Now, a suggestion... Instead of having the meta-data on the webdav and N local copies of all the /storage files, why not an option to have /storage sitting on the webdav and then I only need one copy? .... What you have written suggests that I can d…

Just enter your WebDAV information into the Zotero sync settings. Use the same directory on your WebDAV server for all computers. During the next several syncs, each machine will upload their files to the WebDAV server & will download files th…

Do you have some example that can be replicated? HTML notes are exported as-is. Does your generated report validate?
-
What suggestions do you need? You must procure a WebDAV server from somewhere (there are multiple threads on this topic) & enter the relevant information into the Zotero settings.

There is a ticket for this: https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/1001 and also multiple forum threads.

Zotero can import BibTeX that is UTF-8 encoded. This should be trivial for Citeline and others to support. There is also an extensive mapping of LaTeX commands to/from UTF-8. For example, "é" would be encoded as "\'e". These are standard & ar…

What do you mean by 'crashes?' 4 is unrelated to your sync problems. Using import/export for migration/syncing is not recommended. However, it might be useful to later troubleshoot why it didn't import. To do a one-time, one-way "sync" to the Ma…
