  • Actually I downloaded Zotero 7 first, but the same problem came up I then switched to Zotero 6 to suit my relatively old version of MacOS. Should I remove everything from Zotero 6 and try downloading Zotero 7 again?

  • I followed the instruction in the post and gone through from 1 to 6, the same word pops up but this time the 'debug' option is available, highlighting a line of code which reads: wordAppPath$ = MacScript("POSIX path of (path to current application)")
