• Good point, I only managed to reproduce the error for double line formatting (not mentioned above). Typeface was correct.

• Is there a solution for: Word 2008 (Mac): Bibliographies are always created in 12pt Times New Roman. Changes in the style or font are reverted on Refresh.

• Thanks for the answer. Proxy could be an issue, I don't know how well zotero copes with changing states. I will update this post, when the error occurs another time.
