• I backed up my data directory, I was just still getting the error after moving my data directory and so wanted to make sure I could get it to work on a minimal case. I'm able to download that pdf to my ~/Downloads folder, but still cannot import it…

• Okay, I deleted my database, reinstalled zotero, and left the default data directory (in ~/home/Zotero/). I'm still failing to import. D1575996450 Thank you for the help!

• I was having a conflict with another program. I resolved the connection problem, but it's still not able to download PDFs from the connector. Debug ID from Zotero: D1889195520

• When I hit "Submit Output" in Zotero it says "Invalid response from server."
