thanks, did that, but: *it only gave me the first two pages of a 100 or so pages. *it didn't give me full biblio, just the brief parts that display on screen before you click on an individual item.

I am trying to accomplish two different things: 1)be able to print out a complete bibliography of all items I have in Zotero. 2)Related, but would like to download a complete bibliography to word or pdf so I can store it and use it outside of Zotero…

thank you adamsmith - how would I check them? what am I looking for? in my zotero firefox browser I am signed in and it keeps saving items like normal....but none of them appear in my account. THanks again, PJ

I had firefox extension forever but it just disappeared in #1 above and now I cannot get it back in?

ok, but I am trying to complete this for more than a 1,000 records, do I have to click select on each entry and save after each ten entries that show on the screen? Thanks, Patrick

Thank you all for your help, none of your suggestions worked in this case, but I tried the same steps from a desktop PC and got the content menu and was able to get my bibliography into Word...on my Macbook, the steps above were all fine, but never …

thanks, that is right, I select all items, right click over that list and I get no context menu, nothing.

I have done this and click on right click - and I don't get a pop up menu, no where to click create bibliography

thanks, but that doesn't do it, the folder I have the bibliography in has 314 items, when I select all, all i get are the 25 entries on the first page, if I select all on each page it only gives me one page of 25 entries.

how do I take all the entries I have in a zotero library and have them come out as one alphabetized word bibliography? Thanks, PJ
