I tried cmd.exe via Run and run this command but it didn't work. But thank you for sticking with me. This Zotero beta solved the problem, and now it is working fine. Thank you again.

I tried closing it, but it didn't restart again. I restarted my whole system again and opened Zotero again in Safe mode.
