I am a software developer, but I have very little spare time. Given you are on Windows, there are still some possible solutions. If you are on Windows 10, there is Cortana. Otherwise, I believe Word Web is free and may work. See here for discussion…

It's great to know that the feeds don't duplicate papers across each other, It's nice attention to detail by the developers. Also great to see the debug logs are fairly understandable.

Figured it out. I had inserted the complex feed, but all the papers in it were already being pulled by a series of feeds from simple queries.

This is a good suggestion and seems like a straightforward plugin. I'm still looking around to see if there is a list of requested plugins where users vote for their most desired.
