Just tried again. Removed all of it. Re-did and the code I get is: 955609448 Error. :( I installed zotero on my last macbook pro without no probs.

Nor do I see that little icon on the browser box (is that what it's called) while in Firefox showing that Zotero is working so I can save the page to cite it later...

Hi Dan, I just uninstalled it and put the Libre one from the link you provided but when Iʻm in NeoOffice, I don't see any Zotero options.....

I do not have word but I have both NeoOffice and OpenOffice. I have a MacBook Pro version 10.8.5....
