• The Debug ID is 126029597. Yes, I uninstalled all plugins and reset my settings, but still not working properly in normal mode.

• In Troubleshooting mode, zotero works normally in my laptop, I can add annotations and scroll smoothly. But once I turn off troubleshooting mode, zotero starts to freeze after I select some sentences, without adding annotations.
