I filed an error report. ID: 1909038012 Im not sure what you are asking for that i am not providing. i said it was plug in for standalone, there is no reinstall option, and I cannot download it again. hopefully this id number will help

at this point I am totally confused. there is definitely not a reinstall button next to anything. I can't understand why something was there for a few weeks and then just disappeared. I don't seem to be able to re-install anything from the web site …

Now it is saying that zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor

yes, it is listed there, but does not have the option to re-install

Sorry, yes, it is the plug in for word. It literally just disappeared. I went to the Cite tab and do not see an option to re-install

So, I finally was able to open Zotero again and it had my data. Now, my plug in has disappeared. I have tried to download and install it again, but it is not working. any suggestions?

I am using safari. I also tried in firefox and chrome and it still did not work.
