• You're absolutely right, that's done it. Sorry for not spotting it earlier. It's a bit odd though - enabling cookies just for that site doesn't have any effect. I have to enable history for all sites for some reason.

• Thanks. I've tried disabling my extensions one by one but it still didn't work. Interestingly, when they were all disabled (bar the Zotero ones) I did get a different error message: 816111652 I'm not logged in normally when trying to import.
