I don't see the error message anymore. But the zotero bibliography in word won't update.

I've deleted the folder now manually. It was empty. And I don't have any PDFs open.

I have Microsoft Defender Antivirus and Windows Firewall activated. The Zotero synchronization worked up until a few days ago.

Thanks for the feedback, but how can I solve this issue? I've never had issues with any security software and its my personal computer.
