• Ok, I checked the link you sent and it says, my instituonal email is the only email showing. But, as I mentioned, I have two Zotero accounts; one account has 66 files and the other has 4. I am trying to figure out how to accesss both accounts.

• I am trying to open saved files in Zotero. The screen shot is from Zotero. No, I am not clicking the Zotero Connector button. The files have already been saved.

• In the first photo, the highlighted file will not open. The date is only for the year. The next file has the year, month and date and will open. None of the files with just the date, open.
