I just tried that and it seems to have unlinked all of my citations, even in the original document. It also added the 6 missing citations in the beginning of the document but not to the actual bibliography. So now there are two sets of 1-6 reference…

Hi Bwiernik, Thank you for your response! After trying this, it seems that the issue is persisting. Is there anything else that I can try? I would like to avoid redoing all the citations altogether but I am wondering if that is my only option.
