It proably is, because I can see it under Add-ons -but it still doesn't show in the down right hand corner and I cannot get it opened like it shows in the instruction-video on how to use it! it is there but not activated

That is what I tried - it loads and installs and then it says - do you want to restart and it does, but nothing happens - it will not install. I have now done it 200 times and no possibility - I have even added zotero.org as company allowed to …
