• No I was using the old version of the plug in. I installed the new version and then had to reinstall zotero as well. Now it works. Thanks! However, now in my Word tool bar there are two zotero bars, the old one and the new one. I removed the old one…

• Me too. Also when I try to use the multiple citations, i get an error saying unable to communicate with firefox. Still love Zotero though!
