I don't understand your question. I use Zotero on my online monitor. I don't know if you can assign it to a certain desktop. It just behaves differently than any other program or app that just sticks on one desktop and does not move to the next desk…

This is also possible with the "zotero-style" plugin, but it would be nice if this would become possible without the need for extra plugins.
