There's nothing to provide? It just freezes once I type in a doi (any doi) any nothing appears. Then I have to quit the program and relaunch it for the program to unfreeze.

This is not working. Neither is the Safari extension. When I click it, nothing comes up in my Zotero application. Previously everything was working fine.

Are you able to please provide an article that tells me where to find how to restart in troubleshooting mode, as I can't see this from the Zotero help menu.

That’s fine but are you able to provide support for how to restore a backup of Zoterro? Should I delete the app entirely ? I’ve also asked other questions regarding work offline and whether that would sync with online as soon as I get into internet?
