• As a complement of information, it seems that it works ok with the latest version of Zotero on iPad running IOS 18...but still not working on Zotero PC Win 10.

• Thanks for your question! I have tried with 2 different PDF files after having used PDFescape online solution to add outline items in both PDF files.
