I tested it today on one of my friend's higher performance laptops and it didn't find me with this problem, maybe my laptop isn't powerful enough? This pdf runs better on my computer zotero6.

Zoom in and out of the pdf loading becomes slow, sometimes like video 1 to a few seconds to load out.

Sorry for the possible merits misunderstanding of what I said. The pdf loads faster when I turn on troubleshooting mode with the general premise of turning off all plugins.
