If it helps, I've just tried swapping to another style (NZVJ), and now my in text citations become listed as "(anon, date unknown)"

When I am adding a citation, I am clicking "add/edit citation" then choosing it, and the superscript number seems to insert correctly. But when I click "add/edit biliography" I just get what I am seeing in this attachment. https://s3.amazonaws.com…

Hey there, I'm just pickin the PDF paper up and putting it in the library, then clicking add metadata? I'm sorry if that doesn't answer the question. Am I supposed to manually write all the information in somewhere? I'm very confused.
