• 1. it is a group library but i am the only one who uses it 2. about an hour before, then the file closed and i had to reopen and they were gone 3. only use zotero on one device 4. highlights created in zotero thank you so much for your help!

• No highlights are there anymore! When i search for the report, the one i have been using is the only document there.
