I have disabled the web shield and I have restarted and tried again and still is not working - the padlock already says "verified by Geotrust". Neither is working the zotero plugin nor the standlone for windows :( I tried different browser…

I disabled that avast web/mail shield and still is not working. Now I see "verified by GeoTrust Inc."... what else could I try? Many thanks

None of theses work. I have no malware virus either. I uninstalled the Zotero plugin and now I cannot even download it! Thanks
