Hi, I have tried your suggestion. The in-text citations are now correct, but in the bibliography it still listing out all the authors with no 'et. al', for each reference. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you

In the bibliography, if there are 5 or more authors for reference it is not formatting as the first 3 authors and 'et. al'. If 4 or less, should list all authors. Also in text citations are not superscripted numbers such as 'ยน'.
