• Do I then need to do anything to recreate my online library? It's now showing that my storage is 0 MB but when I sync manually, it is not doing a sync of the full library. Thank you for all the help.

• Thank you. Do you mean the "purge storage" link at the bottom of the storage page? Do I need to do anything other than backup before doing that? Should I shut down Zotero, for example?
