Thanks, appreciated. Still can't get it to resolve but I guess I at least have more info for my own IT department? Oy.

I'm not seeing any steps. I open the desktop version, click on the sync icon, get a pop up to enter my username and password, and then get the error message.

Well, I've contacted our IT department and they said there's not a problem at our end.
