That is not correct. According to the APA manual, online sources should generally _not_ have an access date (see rule 9.16, page 290). Access dates are only needed if the content is expected to change frequently, which is typically indicated by the …

What citation style are you working with? What journal are you submitting to?
-
You can export all of the items in a collection to CSV format, which will include item tags as a column. You can then import these data into your word cloud generator of choice to visualize the tags
-
Placing a comma before the space should work
-
This is fantastic! Thanks for sharing!
-
The style does. How exactly are you creating the bibliography? In Word, if you change to a different style and back, is it fixed ?
-
See Rule 8.18 and 8.19 on page 267 of the manual. Zotero is implementing the APA rules correctly. You are mistaken.
-
In the Advanced Search, be sure the Match drop down is set to “All” conditions
-
Can you give a link to an example page?
-
Yes, exactly. The APA manual says to only use a, b if the author lists are exactly the same.
-
I would recommend importing the two different searches into 2 collections in Zotero. Then, you can do an Advanced search in Zotero for "Collection is A" and "Collection is not B".
-
Field updates are coming in the next major Zotero version and variables entered like this in Extra will be migrated automatically.
-
@emilianoeheyns Yes, I'm not sure what you are getting at? The stock BibTeX/BibLaTeX/CSL-JSON translators don't do any migration of fields from Extra. When I said "migrated automatically", I was referring to the item becoming Zotero Preprint items w…

The name of the field is “accessed”, so if that’s not working there is something else wrong with your script. What exactly are you entering? Note that you can also type “today” in the field to auto fill today’s date, which might be just as fast for…

I found this js-based relax validator that might be useful? https://code.google.com/p/jsrelaxngvalidator/

Are you using Zotero’s built in PDF reader in the beta release, or an external pdf app? If you are using Adobe Acrobat, note that that program’s default behavior is to save a new copy of the file in Adobe’s cloud folder, rather than saving the file …

Can we take a step back? What exactly are you doing and what are you seeing? Can you take a screenshot, upload to Dropbox or similar, and give a link here?
-
You could try to replace the semicolon delimiter with , but I’m not sure if that will work.
-
No. iOS does not provide any mechanism for linked files, so a Dropbox system won’t work. WebDAV support is coming.
-
@martynas_b Setting highlighted text in a different font color, like blue, seems like it could be a generally good option. Perhaps there could be a menu to control default colors for highlighted text, citations, and regular text/note annotations?
-
You have `initialize="false"` in the first line of your style. That disables initialization everywhere. Delete that.

Here is APA 6 with short authors https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bwiernik/zotero-tools/06688e2afad0dfb0a1bacbedbe5064b259b1ce99/apa-short-authors.csl

> It also does not include the & before the last author. It definitely does. How do you have the items entered in Zotero ?
-
The sync status banner on iPhone also doesn’t change to dark mode
-
A future version of DOI Manager will store the shortDOI in Extra instead of the DOI field. Note that you shouldn’t cite shortDOIs in papers.

@adamsmith Yeah, the CITATION information in packages is honestly very inconsistent. It usually takes a fair amount of human judgment to decide what to do with it. The BibTeX especially isn’t really reliably formatted since it’s human-constructed ty…

The issue is that the citation() function asks you to cite the journal article published in JSS, not the R package directly from CRAN. You should add the JSS article citation by DOI and cite that.

The official Zotero iPad app is available in beta. You can sign up for the beta here. https://www.zotero.org/iosbeta The beta app works great.
