Hi Adam, I use Firefox 33.1, Zotero FF 4.0.23.1, Word plugin, Microsoft Word 2011. All this on OS X 10.10. This is the error report ID: 877740351. Thanks!

Hi, I have the Zotero for Firefox and the Word-plug in. I can open create and open Word docs without citations yes. I can also create a new doc and insert citations with Zotero and then re-open that one. But as soon as I try to re-open "old" do…
