@martynas_b Sorry to interrupt, I found that acrobat reader is not the only reader that can properly open the pdf I've sent. On the contrary, Zotero seems the only reader that can't properly open it. I believe there may be some work to do to improve.

i'm currently using the latest version of zotero 7, and this doesn't just happen on my computer. I sent the same pdf to others and use their computer to view it. It just shows the same mess.
