I'm using Texmaker and Miktex for Windows. It is not a compile problem. But it does not generate the PDF file properly.

The problem is in the citekey. Sorry for not being that clear. If you scape that in the citekey, it will not work properly (I have tried). I believe a good solution is just to ignore this character (remove it) from the citekey, or replace it …
