• I just tried to check but the whole toolbar (bit where u can see the doc file name) disappeared. Then I tried reinstalling the zotero word plugin, the tool bar is there but still cant insert the bibliography

• Thanks. It suddenly appeared. Perhaps it took a while because it had so many references (its a phd thesis).
