• The citation style is Annual Reviews of Public Health. What's happening with websites is consistent across all of them - everything after the first backslash in the URL is being dropped. Changing font size for bibliography didn't change the issue.

• The full URL is in my Zotero library. It is only truncated in the bibliography in my Word document. I don't know how Zotero is doing it, but it definitely is.
