all of the tabs on the top are gone there’s no help tab when it’s loading. how else do i get to it?

before it just wasn't putting the citation in the doc, now it won't even get me that far because I have to force quit. I try to add the citation anti just shows the land bar and won't go away. So I cant even click on the debug ids at that point
