We found what caused the problem. It was half because of our word model, and half because of zotero. Some preferences reseted after the last update, but now everything works fine. Thank you for your time !

After checking, the problem does come from our model, but we haven't identified it yet. For the bibliography, the problem is that all the right informations come out in the right order, but titles are not in italic, and the font is not right either…
