  • The actual need is for the Zotero plugin for Microsoft Word. It does list SBL as one of the preference options, but then it has only the footnote options. Thanks

  • You are right - the proxy was the problem. Worked like a charm at home where I do not use a network. Sync worked perfectly. I am very impressed with Zotero and with your quick, accurate and very helpful feedback. Thanks!

  • Thanks for the quick comment. I reentered my initial username and password. The green sync icon on the top right keeps on turning. If I hover over it it says "logging in to sync server".
