+1 for getting rid of the "pubMed entry" attachments. There used to be a few years ago, a way of getting rid of that clutter in bulk, but I can't remember how - anybody know?

this morning things are back to working normally (pubmed.gov redirection, zotero save citn); possibly from my report to NCBI

pubmed obviously pubmed.gov fails in firefox since that redirects to http changing to https gets in. chrome seems more forgiving on this for some reason. By the way I cleared cache, updated firefox and rebooted.

checking one by one I see a couple titles containing the word snapshot that do not have attachment thanks for pointing out trash provides an undo

thanks! quick search picks them up. Now I'm unclear how to pick just the attachments and not the plain item? Pick one at a time? Nervous about this since there is no undo of a delete.

I don't suppose there's some friendly way to remove snapshots from old pubmed items (and not other items) in my zotero library?

Do I have to change preferences on the occasions that I do want a snapshot, or is that overridden when creating item from current page?

I just stumbled onto this conversation while looking up about preferences, and have to say that I object to this sudden and hidden change from going to the pubmed page to going to the publisher site. Neither is more right than the other and choice…

So are you saying that for the thousands of pubmed citations, there is massive duplication of the same background captured over and over again? I think I need the snapshots only sometimes for creating item from web page, and maybe for some …

There really needs to be a error popup after failure to save record. Doesn't happen often in pubmed but I really want to know to retry in a few minutes.

Since I collect a lot of citations from pubmed I would like the locate button be able to go back into pubmed to view it again. Is there any way to do this? Bear

A year later on Zotero 1, firefox 2, vista, I'm finding erratic ability to import a batch of citations from pubmed. Single ones work but several sometimes works and sometimes fails. Right now I searched on samaderine and got 4 hits and they wouldn…
